Ingredients:

blackthorn berries
lemon peel
cloves
cinnamon
alcohol
water and sugar

Preparation:
Dip about 140 berries, lemon peel, cloves and cinnamon in a liter of alcohol.
The infusion must be macerated in a glass container set in the dark for at least forty days.
After this time, prepare a syrup with 70 centiliters of water and 500 grams of sugar and mix it with the infusion.Fifteen days later, filter the mixture and pour it in sealed bottles. It can be drinked after six months.
