From the first weekend of March to 8 December: Saturday, Sunday and festivities from 10.00am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 6.00pm; from Monday to Friday open on reservation for groups.
Closed from December to February.

Dedicated to the most famous salame in Italy, this is one of the three food museums in the province of Parma.
Divided into two sections, it displays the tools of pork butchers, showing how this delicious uncooked meat is preserved by curing, airdried and seasoned.

The visit costs 20 euros plus the entrance ticket. The restaurant is available for meeting and banqueting.

How to get there:

Felino is located 18 kms south of Parma. By car from Parma South ring road exit 12 Via La Spezia then SS 62 and in Stradella follow signs to Felino; by bus Tep line n° 6 or Parma-Calestano and Parma-S. Michele Tiorre.
