From the first weekend of March to 8 December: Saturday, Sunday and festivities from 10am to 1pm and from 4pm to 6pm; from Monday to Friday open on reservation for groups.
Closed from December to February.

Prices:

full price euros 5,00; groups of at least 15 people, over 65 euros 4,00; schools and children between 6 and 12 years old euros 3,00; free entrance for tour guide, disabled and guide,  kids under 6.

Description:

Dedicated to the most famous salame in Italy, this is one of the three food museums in the province of Parma.
Divided into two sections, it displays the tools of pork butchers, showing how this delicious uncooked meat is preserved by curing, airdried and seasoned.

The visit costs 20 euros plus the entrance ticket. The restaurant is available for meeting and banqueting.
