The exhibition starts from the beginning in the history of the publicity, dited by Dario Cimorelli and Stefano Roffi is divided in four sections, and through two hundred works from the end of the nineteenth century to the Carosello era, wants to tell the history of the birth of advertising in Italy from its first simple and direct forms of communication to the introduction of the illustration as a persuasive media.

The first section tells how the first illustrators were primarily artists and their sketches and posters were made following the idea of the illustration as a communication element.

The third section covers all advertising promotion tools that have been developed alongside the most well-known poster, such as brochures, brochures, tin-plates, and packaging illustrations.
