Lagdei - Corniglio - PR - 43021

Shaped by the forces of nature over the centuries, the Park of Cento Laghi is the ideal destination for hiking lovers or just to experience a corner of the Parmesan Appennines whose landscape is dominated by small lakes, beech forests, rocky outcroppings and rare flowers.

The largest lake of the region Emilia Romagna, Lago Santo, can be reached from Lagdei by chairlift in August or following the paths crisscrossing the mountains and offering stunning views.From December until April the lake, overlooked by Mount Sterpara, is covered with thick ice.

The Lake Santo is easily reachable from Lagdei by foot or by chairlift.
The chairlift is open until April on Saturday, Sunday and festivities from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm. For information tel. +39 3407756132.

How to get there:

92 Km from Parma. By car from Parma South ring road exit 15 Strada Langhirano, follow Via Langhirano and signs to Corniglio. After crossing Corniglio go on to Lagdei/Parco dei Cento Laghi; Lagdei can't be reached by bus, the nearest bus stop is in Bosco di Corniglio; nearest railway station Berceto.
