Description:

the museum dedicated to fossils is part of several cultural, didactic and research activities promoted by the Gruppo Paleontofili of Fidenza.


The slow erosion of the river Stirone, now crossing the protected environment of the Regional park, has supplied a wide range of fossils, shells, starfishes and even whales' bones, precious evidences of the geological history of this area.
